Format
A candle, a reed diffuser, a room spray and a roll-on perfume each run on different equipment with different fill minimums, so the format you choose sets the starting point.
Vessel
Glass, ceramic, tin and concrete vessels carry their own supplier minimums. A stock vessel we already hold is the lowest-minimum route; a custom mold is the highest.
Fragrance
A scent from our tested in-house library carries no development minimum. A fully custom accord does, because the oil itself is compounded to order.
Packaging
Printed boxes, custom labels and decoration are usually the component that sets the floor, since printers price and produce in set quantities.
SKU Count
Minimums are generally set per SKU rather than per order, because each scent and vessel combination is a separate production setup.
Repeat Volume
Reorders of an approved SKU are easier to schedule than first runs — the formula, components and packing spec are already locked.

Many of the brands we manufacture for started with a modest launch run and scaled once sell-through was proven. Our facility is set up for both short runs and high-volume production, so the same formula that made your first hundred units runs your thousandth without being rebuilt. When you are ready for bulk, the approved spec moves straight into wholesale production.

Fastest path
A scent from our library in a stock vessel with a printed label. Nothing has to be developed or tooled, so the schedule is mostly production and packing.

Custom formulation
Developing a new scent or wax system adds sampling and burn-testing rounds. Every day a sample waits for sign-off moves the production date with it.

Custom components
Custom vessels, printed cartons and decoration usually carry longer supplier lead times than the pour itself. We flag long-lead items with your quote.

Seasonal programs
Holiday and gifting programs book up across the whole supply chain. Give us your in-store date and we work backwards to tell you when development has to start.
