Formats
What We Can Manufacture.
- Poured candles
- Single-wick and multi-wick containers, from small votive sizes through large multi-wick vessels. Sizes are matched to the vessel you choose rather than a fixed catalogue.
- Reed diffusers
- Diffuser bases filled to your bottle, supplied with reeds and closures. Fragrance strength and evaporation rate are tuned to bottle opening and reed count.
- Room sprays
- Fine-mist room and linen sprays in glass or PET bottles, with the accord reformulated for a spray base rather than lifted straight from the candle oil.
- Roll-on perfume
- Oil-based roll-on fragrance in glass bottles with steel or plastic rollerballs — a strong add-on SKU for an existing candle line.
Vessels
Containers & Tooling.
- Glass
- The widest stock range: straight-sided, tapered, footed and lidded jars in clear, frosted, coloured and metallic finishes.
- Ceramic
- Glazed and matte ceramic vessels, including shapes and glazes developed exclusively for a brand at higher minimums.
- Stone, concrete and stone-look
- Heavy matte vessels for modern and hospitality programs, packed for their weight.
- Tin
- Seamless and stepped tins with slip or screw lids — travel and gifting friendly.
- Custom molds
- Fully custom vessel development where the shape itself is the brand asset. Carries tooling, first-article approval and longer lead time.
Materials
Wax, Wick & Fragrance.
- Wax systems
- Soy, coconut and coconut blends, paraffin, and blended systems tuned to the vessel and fragrance load. We recommend the system, then prove it in a burn test.
- Wicks
- Cotton, paper-cored and wood wicks, sized to vessel diameter and wax system. Wick selection is always re-tested when the vessel or wax changes.
- Fragrance
- Choose from our in-house library of tested oils, or we develop a custom accord to your brief. Existing reference scents can usually be matched closely.
- Colour and finish
- Coloured wax, dye-free natural wax, and vessel-level colour, frosting and metallic finishes.
Decoration
Labels & Packaging.
- Labels
- Pressure-sensitive labels in matte, gloss, textured, foiled and clear stocks, including front, back and base labels with required safety copy.
- Direct decoration
- Screen printing and applied finishes on the vessel for a permanent, higher-perceived-value look.
- Secondary packaging
- Folding cartons, rigid boxes, sleeves and belly bands, with foil, emboss and spot-finish options.
- Sets and shippers
- Gift and multi-pack cartons with inserts, plus e-commerce shippers specified for glass and ceramic.
Operations
Scope, Testing & Quality Control.
- In-house scope
- Formulation, fragrance development, product design, packaging sourcing, pouring, burn testing, labeling, packing and fulfillment — all at one Los Angeles address.
- Testing
- Burn testing across repeated cycles for flame height, melt pool, tunneling, soot and container temperature before any run is approved.
- Quality control
- Every batch is checked against the approved sample for fill weight, wick placement, adhesion, label alignment and finish before it is packed.
- Reorders
- Approved specs are held on file, so a reorder runs the same formula, components and pack-out without being rebuilt.
